Ryan is a graduate of Gonzaga University and has over ten years experience working with at-risk youth. Ryan has founded two youth related non-profit organizations and formerly served as the Executive Director of the Quest Youth Groups. Before working in the non-profit sector, Ryan worked as a professional magician and children’s entertainer. He holds a world record for "Longest Time Spent Living in a Balloon House" and enjoys white water kayaking and camping.
